Sometimes the Lord places wellness right in our own backyard—literally.


Today, I want to share a simple, refreshing drink that’s not only delicious but also loaded with health benefits. It’s made from:


  • 1 large organic cucumber

  • 2 organic apples (picked straight from our backyard tree)

  • 1 inch of organic ginger root


That’s it. No sugar, no additives—just God-given ingredients, blended or juiced for vibrant health and hydration.

Why This Combo Works


🥒 Cucumber – Naturally hydrating, cooling, and cleansing. Rich in water and silica, cucumbers support joint, skin, and kidney health.


🍏 Apple – Full of fiber, natural sweetness, and antioxidants. Apples help regulate blood sugar, support heart health, and nourish the gut.


🫚 Ginger – This spicy root supports digestion, boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, and strengthens the immune system.

This simple drink became a quiet reminder to me: I want what enters my heart and what enters my body to both bring life—not harm.

How to Make It


Here’s how I (Beth) made this refreshing, health-boosting blend:


  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Core the apples (leave the skins on for fiber).

  3. Peel the ginger (or leave it on if blending and straining).

  4. Chop and blend everything together. You can strain it for a smoother juice, or enjoy it as-is.

  5. Serve chilled or over ice. Drink fresh!
